This master's thesis examines the industrial system and how the designer integrates within it. The study analyzes the fabrication of a smooth world, driven by profitability and fluidification that tend to eradicate all friction from our material environment. Faced with this standardization that confines the user to a passive automatism, this work rehabilitates the anomaly, viewing it not as a technical flaw, but as a mediating roughness capable of prompting a cognitive pause. By modeling the different degrees of friction, the research proposes the path of constructive dissonance to reintroduce a deliberate resistance into daily life and reactivate the user's awareness. This work was commended by the jury, which awarded it a thesis distinction (mention mémoire)
