Due to various influences, Korean furniture is traditionally lower and smaller than European furniture. However, as Korea opened up to the world, Western furniture gradually began to be adopted. This led me to a question, how can these two very different ways of living coexist in the same space ?

This difference in scale has likely resulted in some contradictory, even amusing situations. So, how can a piece of furniture reflect the meeting of these two cultures ?
